General Information on Fares

The daily rates shown are for the rental of the entire property, which can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Minimum stay is 3 nights.

High season
  • From June,15th to September, 15th
    € 240,00 per night
Low season
  • From September, 16th to June, 14th
    € 210,00 per night

Cleanings
The prices shown do not include cleanings cost, which is 60 euro per stay.

Check-out by 10 a.m.

Booking and Cancellation Terms
To book your stay at Villa Speciale please go to the ‘Contact Us’ page or send an email to info@villaspeciale.it.
In order to confirm the reservation it is necessary to make a bank transfer of 30% of the total amount. Payment details will be provided in the confirmation email.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 10 days before the check-in date. Subsequently, the amount paid at the time of booking will be retained.
The final payment of the stay can be paid by cash, bank transfer or credit card.
